Included website-support time is allocated each calendar month and does not carry over. We will remind you when updates are due and ask for any content, changes or feedback needed, helping you make full use of your maintenance plan.
Do you maintain websites that you did not build?
Yes. We will first conduct a technical website review to identify outdated software, security problems or existing faults.
An initial onboarding and technical audit fee may apply before the monthly maintenance plan begins.
Are premium plugin licences included?
Standard maintenance covers updating existing licensed software. New premium themes, plugins and third-party services are charged separately unless specifically included in your agreement.
